Tout d'abord, j'étais hyper contente de retrouver ma MiniChu et son chéri, lookée "Follow the white rabbit..." ^^. Qu'est-ce qu'on a bien rigolé ... à attendre lol! Et aussi ma merveilleuse Lunie (déjà croisé à la boutique de Baby the stars shine bright) et d'autres si jolies lolis ^^.
Finally vacations so little trip to Paris for the TCK (Tokyo Crazy Kawaii) ^^ !!!
First things first, I was so happy to see my MiniChu and her boyfriend again. She was all dressed in "Follow the white rabbit..." ^^. We just laughed so much ... while waiting lol! Also my sweet Lunie (that I had met at the Baby the stars shine bright shop in Paris 2 days ago) and other really cute lolis ^^.
Allez, la review maintenant :
La TCK, c'était au Parc Floral à Vincennes donc pratique, ligne 1, jusqu'au bout, et donc trajet moins cher. Le parc est sublime et en fait, j'étais déjà venue ^^... mais pas en loli avec des plateformes de 12cm de talon.
Maintenant, premier bugg : le trajet du métro à la TCK. Ohhhh... de la terre avec des petits cailloux, attention! Ohhhh..... du bitume défonçé avec des trous, attention! OHHHHHHHH !!!!!! Des petits pavés !!!!!!!!!!
J'ai failli me tuer 36 fois !
So now let's review :
The TCK was at the Parc Floral at Vincennes so very practical, easy to go to and transport ticket not expensive.
The parc was beautiful and actually, I already came but not in lolita style and not with my 12cm high heel platforms.
So here, first problem: to get to the TCK from the metro, we had to walk a little (much) and first it was dirt and stones, then it was collapse road... and then... cobblestones!!!! I think I nearly killed myself 36 times !
Enfin arriver, mon quota de douleur aux pieds avait déjà été largement dépassé et pourtant je fais la JE avec les mêmes shoes.
Nous avions déjà acheté nos billets d'entrée: 18€ une journée (un peu cher quand même...) .
When we finally got to the TCK, my feet pain was already at its most !!! We had our tickets already so there was no need to queue but 18€ a day... I think it's a little expensive.
Première impression: c'est pas très grand... et c'est un peu vide...
Je n'ai pas retrouvé l'esprit des quartiers annoncés: Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara ect...
J'ai peut être tiré des plans sur la comète mais je m'attendais à plus de décor. Par contre, les posters pour Shibuya étaient flambants. J'en aurait bien piqué 1 ou 2 ^^.
Les shops étaient cool, pas vraiment mon style mais il y avait quelques éléments que je trouvais très sympa. Cependant voilà... 2ème bugg: pas à la vente! Disponible sur internet à partir de ...

My first impression: it's not really big... but it's kind of empty...
The exhibition was announced with areas, Harajuku, Shibuya, Akihabara... so I really thought you would see the differences from one to another... but not really. The posters for Shibuya were really awesome though, just wanted to steal 1 or 2 ^^.
The brands were cool, not really my style but some designs from this and there were interesting. Unfortunately, here was the 2nd problem: not for sale! Available online in ....
Here I got frustrated...
Mon chéri a tout de même trouvé un sweat-shirt trop cool chez Galaxy ^^!
My boyfriend did get a really cool sweatshirt at the Galaxy booth ^^!
Maintenant viens un 3ème bugg... du paiement centralisé: prends un ticket au stand, passes à la caisse centrale pour payer et reviens au stand... Bon côté du paiement avec carte bleue, mauvais côté de l'aller - retour... Et ça se ressentait car je trouvais qu'il y avait peu de monde aux caisses. Ca bloque l'achat impulsif.
Here was the 3rd problem: to pay an item, you had to take a ticket at the booth, got to the main cash desk for all shops and come back... The good side is that you could pay with credit card, the bad side was going back and forth... No impulse buy.

4ème bugg et de taille: Le paiement centralisé pour la restauration ! Monumentale erreur ! Là j'ai dit NON !!! Même si t'as pas faim tu peux pas faire une heure et demi de queue pour une une bouteille d'eau ! Heureusement qu'il y avait un genre de café à l'entrée caché à gauche où l'on pouvait payer directement. (J'ai sauvé la vie de ma MiniChu avec cette découverte ^^)
The 4th and biggest problem: it was the same payment system for food ! Bad idea !!!! Even if you're not hungry, you just can't queue up an hour and half for a bottle of water ! Thank god, there was a hidden café at the entry on the left where you could pay directly... Saved my MiniChu's life with that discovery...
Le défilé d'Angelic Pretty était sublime, comme on pouvait l'imaginer ^^ avec les belles Marie Zannou et Lunie Chan <3. Cela a réconforté ma journée. Même si j'aurai vraiment aimé avoir un stand AP comme cela avait été annoncé (et l'une des raisons majeures de ma venue à la TCK).
Angelic Pretty's fashion show was gorgeous with Marie Zannou & Lunie Chan <3 and I really enjoyed watching it though I would have loved to have an AP booth as it was originally announced (and was one of our major reasons of coming to the TCK).
La joie des purikuras, on a bien rigolé ^^. On gère quand même bien la machine <3.
We managed to do some purikuras and really start to get good at this <3.

Pour finir la journée sur une bonne note, un super concert d'Anna Tsuchiya. J'ai adoré !!!

En résumé, la TCK, suis pas sûre d'y retourner l'année prochaine...
Points positifs: Heureuse de revoir les lolis, défilé Angelic Pretty, les purikuras, les concerts (enfin 1 pour moi), découverte de quelques marques.
Points négatifs: Pas de stand Angelic Pretty, même si il y avait un défilé, je suis navrée mais ils étaient annoncés en tant qu'exposant d'où notre dépense de billets d'entrées à 18€/personne + billets d'avion, entrée un peu cher, peu de shops, articles pas à la vente, mauvais système de paiement surtout pour la restauration.
TCK summary, not sure I'll come back next year, if there is a next year.
Good points: happy to see lolis again, Angelic Pretty fashion show, purikuras, concerts (well for me one), discovery of a few brands.
Bad points: No Angelic Pretty booth, though there was a fashion show, I'm sorry to say that they were announced as exhibitors which is why we paid 18€ entry/person + plane tickets, entry a bit expensive, not so many shops, items not for sale, really bad payment system for food.
